Women on the Wing
Women on the Wing is a national initiative designed to recruit, retain, and reactivate women in upland hunting and habitat conservation through hands-on education, mentorship, and field-based experiences.
Women on the Wing Chapters
Women on the Wing chapters give women a space to connect, lead and engage in conservation while building confidence and skills in the outdoors. These chapters host events that recruit and support women at every stage of their conservation journey, creating camaraderie and a sense of stewardship.
Women's Events
Pheasants Forever and Quail Forever are working to grow and diversify the upland conservation community, with a focus on bringing more women into hunting and shooting with our Women on the Wing Initiative.
